Welcome to Mart POS, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for sales management, inventory control, and point-of-sale operations.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Mart POS website, application, and related services.

By creating an account or using Mart POS, you expressly agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Mart POS is a cloud-based web application that enables businesses to record sales, manage products, employees, stores, and subscriptions.
The service is currently in an MVP / Beta development phase, which means that it may contain bugs, limitations, or changes without prior notice.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering for Mart POS or using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the platform immediately.

3. User Accounts

Each user may create a single primary account associated with their business.
The primary user may invite employees or collaborators under their responsibility.
You are responsible for the security of your account and login credentials.
Mart POS is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

4. Beta Phase and Availability

Mart POS is currently in a Public MVP / Beta phase, which means:

Interruptions, errors, or temporary data loss may occur.
The service may change, be suspended, or updated without prior notice.
Technical support may be limited.

5. Permitted Use

Users agree to use Mart POS legally, ethically, and according to its commercial purpose.
The following activities are prohibited:

Using the service for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes.
Copying, modifying, or redistributing the software without authorization.
Sharing accounts, credentials, or licenses with unauthorized third parties.
Interfering with the platform’s security, availability, or functionality.

6. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions

Mart POS offers free and paid plans through Stripe, which securely manages all payments.
By subscribing to a plan, you authorize automatic charges according to the published rates.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but payments already processed are non-refundable.
Access to premium features is maintained while the subscription is active.

7. Data Ownership

All data entered by the user (sales, products, inventory, employees, etc.) belongs exclusively to the user.
Mart POS only stores and processes this information to provide the service.
The user may request deletion of their data via direct contact.

8. Security and Liability

Mart POS uses third-party services such as Supabase and Stripe for data storage and payment processing.
While reasonable security measures are applied, continuous availability or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Mart POS is not liable for:

Data loss caused by misuse or user error.
Service interruptions, maintenance, or external factors.
Indirect damages, loss of income, or loss of profits.

9. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and the Mart POS name and logo are the property of the developer and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
Users retain ownership of their own business information and content.

10. Cancellation or Suspension

Users may delete their account or cancel their subscription at any time.
Mart POS reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or illegal activity.

11. Modifications

Mart POS may modify these Terms at any time and will publish updates on the official website.
Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
