- Business information: business name, address, phone number, tax ID, and country.
- Employee data: name, email, phone number, and role.
- Operational data: sales, products, categories, inventory, cash register sessions, and subscriptions.
- Payment data: securely processed by Stripe. Mart POS does not store card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and general system usage (to improve the service).
2. How We Use the Information
The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing user accounts and businesses.
- Processing subscriptions and payments through Stripe.
- Enabling system functionality (sales, inventory, reports, etc.).
- Improving the security, stability, and performance of the service.
- Communicating with users regarding updates or technical support.
Mart POS does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
Mart POS uses the following external providers:
- Supabase: data storage, authentication, and database services.
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.
- Vercel (or other hosting provider): infrastructure and application deployment.
Each provider maintains its own privacy policies and security practices.
By using Mart POS, you agree that your information may be processed by these providers under their respective terms.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained while the account remains active or as necessary to maintain the service.
You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@martpos.app.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We apply reasonable security measures to protect information from loss, unauthorized access, or alteration.
However, no online system is completely secure; users assume the inherent risks of digital services.

- Access the data that Mart POS holds about your account.
- Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data.
