Acceptance of the service

By creating an account or using Mart POS, you agree to these terms and any related policies published on the platform.

If you use Mart POS on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that entity.

Access and accounts

You are responsible for keeping credentials, PINs, authorized devices, and internal user access secure.

Mart POS may temporarily suspend access if unusual activity, security risks, or misuse of the service is detected.

Permitted use

You may use Mart POS to manage sales, inventory, cash registers, employees, customers, and related store workflows within the limits of your plan.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized data extraction, attacks against systems, or resale of the service without express authorization.

Plans, billing, and renewals

Access to paid features depends on the subscribed plan, billing cycle, and fulfillment of payment obligations.

Subscriptions may renew according to the selected plan. If payment fails, Mart POS may restrict access to paid features until the account is settled.

Business data

Your operational data remains your business data. Mart POS processes it to provide the service, keep records synced, improve reliability, and deliver support.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload, including product, customer, and tax-related information, is accurate and properly authorized.

Availability and changes

Mart POS aims for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times due to maintenance, third-party incidents, or events outside reasonable control.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features when needed to evolve the product, comply with legal requirements, or strengthen security.

Liability

Mart POS is a tool for business operations. Commercial, administrative, and compliance decisions remain the responsibility of the business using the platform.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Mart POS is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from incorrect configuration, misuse, or third-party integrations.
